Drugstore blush is one of those things- you either love it or hate it. You either have ten different versions of the same colour, or you’ve never owned one, and never want to own one. Either way, you see it, blush has miraculous life-giving qualities for dull skin and is especially on trend now that its spring. So here are all the bets drugstore finds for you to (please) give a try.
2-in-1 products are generally to be avoided in drugstore makeup because, well, different parts of your face require different formulas. However, CYO’s attempt is actually very good. Use fingers or a flat stipping brush to pat the product in for a super-natural flushed cheek.
This drugstore blush trio is basically the same, if not better (it’s all about the price tbh) than Too Faced’s Sweetheart Blush. Right down to the cute as hell packaging.
Despite only one colour set being available, this is still one of the best drugstore blushes available rn. The colours can be used individually, or as one- whatever suits your skin tone best.
14 shades of a drugstore blush powder that doesn’t have any fall out is quite the achievement in terms of blush, so it’s no surprise Bourjois have made it to cult territory with this one.
L’Oreal’s Infallible range has made beauty headlines, with most of its products being raved about. The blush itself acts as a transparent, sheer tint that leaves the skin looking fresh. The stick also makes it easy to apply- blush beginners, this one is for you.
As this blush is baked, the pigment is much softer, meaning colour intensity can be much easier to build up to a level that you like. Unlike a lot of blushes, this has a little bit of shimmer too- making it perfect for summer.
This drugstore blush is one of the only ones to come in liquid form, meaning it leaves a dewier look and is much more hydrating throughout the day that the regular powdered blushes. Be careful with initial application though- don’t let the blush ruin your flawless base.
