Finding the perfect Winter parka can definitely be a challenge, but it is a must-have for the upcoming cold weather. Winter parkas are a wardrobe staple that you will get a ton of use out of, but you have to find the perfect one for you. There are so many options out there that vary in style, warmth, lengths and other details, so a bit of research is required. This list will provide 7 trendy options that will help ease your shopping process and get you one step closer to your perfect Winter parka.
This is definitely an investment piece as the price is $995. However, this particular parka will keep you warm in the coldest climates and is of the highest quality. For those that live in areas where temperatures commonly go below freezing, this might be a great choice. The price is steep, but it is one of the essential winter parkas that will be in your wardrobe for years to come. It is durable and water-resistant and provides warmth in the most extreme climates, so you are definitely getting your money worth with this piece. It features coyote fur around the hood and has a down filling throughout.

This parka has a similar look to the Canada Goose parka but is more affordable. The price is $299 and can be found at most sporting goods stores or online. The North Face is a fan favorite and offers amazing quality, especially in winter jackets. This parka claims to be weatherproof and windproof. It has down insulation. I also love this parka because it offers a removable faux fur hood. Removing the hood can switch up the look of this parka and makes it more versatile. It also offers handwarmer pockets, which can be a nice touch if you forget your gloves.

Lululemon is one of my favorite athletic wear brands, but they also have ventured into everyday clothes. This parka is a great option out of the endless variety of winter parkas available. It is on the pricier range at $398, but again you are paying for the quality and longevity of the parka. This is one is warm and waterproof. Like the previous coats, it has a down filling. It is available in adorable black, burgundy and white options. The hood also has a cinching feature, so you can tighten it in order to keep warm.

Another Lululemon jacket, but this one has a different look compared to traditional parkas. It is also more lightweight but still claims to keep you warm and dry. This is a better option for those of you who don’t live in as cold of climates, but still need a reliable Winter coat. It is also down-filled. It’s available in dark cherry and black color.

This is one of the more affordable options for trendy winter parkas. It can be found on the Columbia website for $130. It has water reflective fabric and thermal reflectivity. This jacket does not offer down filling, which is why it is more affordable. This is another one of the Winter parkas which are better for not as cold of climates. The thermal reflectivity is a great feature, which will keep you warm to a certain extent but won’t be as warm as the other down lined options. I do love this jacket though because it is available in an array of colors, such as light gray, navy and red. The color options make it more trendy and can add a pop of color to your Winter coat.

Patagonia is another classic brand that has been around for decades. This parka comes in the company’s traditional brick pattern, which can be found on a number of other coats. It is described to be “packable and portable”, so it is a great option if you are often on the go or traveling. It is made out of recycled polyester and is water repellent. There are also zippered hand warming pockets and another chest pocket, which allows you to keep your valuables safe and close to you. This parka is also available in a variety of colors, which can be found on the Patagonia website. This is a great option for girls who want a no-fuss parka that won’t take up a lot of room. It retails for $199.

This is the most affordable out of the list of options for Winter parkas. This particular coat can be found on the Old Navy website for $84.99. Since it is so affordable, it is a great option for those who live in warmer climates with not as harsh Winters. It will still keep you warm, but you can’t expect the same insulation that will come from the more expensive and durable parkas on the list. It offers a coated shell and soft lining and plush fill, which provides comfort and warmth, while still staying on a budget. It comes in both burgundy and black options.
