Top Overnight Oats Recipes You Have To Try
Ever since I discovered overnight oats my mornings haven’t been the same. I used to not eat breakfast, for many reasons, but the main one was because I didn’t have the time. Until I discovered overnight oats.
If you don’t know what overnight oats are, let me enlighten you. It’s basically your breakfast cooked overnight. You put all the ingredients in a jar, cup or whatever container you’d like, mix it, leave it on the refrigerator overnight, and the next morning you’re good to go. It fills you up and start your day on a high note.
The base is mainly oats, milk and sometimes yogurt. Besides that, you can make any combination you’d like. You can also eat it cold or hot, it’s up to you!
The great thing is it works for any dietary restrictions. Since the possibilities are endless, you can substitute whatever you’d like for vegan or lactose-free options.
Here are some of the best recipes.
