Las Vegas restaurants will provide an incredible experience beyond the casino slots. There are so many tasty options out there. Below I listed my top 10 Las Vegas restaurants tourists will be willing to gamble for. 

1. Carson Kitchen

This wonderful restaurant has three locations in the U.S. Salt Lake City, Atlanta, and Las Vegas. Carson’s mission is to reimagine comfort foods and give them the fine-dining treatment. For example, there are deviled eggs with caviar added to them. There is NY strip steak seasoned with cocoa and espresso. There are even grilled oysters served with a sherry foie gras cream.

The options are definitely upscale. Tourists will definitely feel luxurious when giving this place a visit. Even though the menu items are super simple, like chicken sandwiches, burgers, and deviled eggs. So picky eaters might still love this restaurant without sacrificing familiarity. 

2. Bazaar Meat By Jose Andres

In this super upscale Las Vegas restaurant, Jose Andres offers a bazaar full of meats. You will get to savor all different kinds of flavors from around the world. You can try Vittore Carpaccio, Jamon Iberico, Capa Negra, and other meats from the “meat bar.” There is even a premium Japanese meat series where you can order Wagyu steaks and Kobe eye-of-the-rib.

This restaurant will be one hell of a feast for meat lovers. Bazaar meat has also been awarded multiple times. So there is no reason to not go there (unless you are vegetarian).

3. Blackout Dining in the Dark

By reading the title of this restaurant, you might think you read it wrong. But you are correct! It is Dining in the Dark. This means that you are eating food with the lights completely off. You might be asking what the point is dining this way. But there is a good reason for this.

According to the website for Blackout, your other senses get heightened when one is taken away. This means that without vision, your tastebuds may become more powerful. So this is not only a restaurant to be scared about, but you will definitely experience something unique! And I am sure whoever chooses to partake in this experience will not walk out the same. 

4. Mizumi

Mizumi has one of the most breathtaking dining environments. The dining room sits right next to a gorgeous Japanese garden and waterfall. The indoor decor is incredible as well. There is a red hue surrounding the area. There are also fish statues gracefully posing next to the tables. This place is a marvel to look at, erasing the fact that you are in Las Vegas. 

The food is top-notch. They serve traditional Japanese specialties like sashimi, wagyu beef, tempura, etc. There are also modern Japanese favorites like Ramen, Teppanyaki, and more. 

5. Americana Restaurant

Want a classic all-American fare by the lake. This Las Vegas restaurant will give you a classic New England vibe. Serving whole Maine lobster, crab, hamburgers, NY strip steaks, and other favorites. There are also unique options such as charred options, Hudson valley foie gras, and Alaska halibut. So there is something for everyone offered in this establishment.

The restaurant is located outside of the Strip. It sits right next to the golf ranks, enhancing the Americana vibe. Did I also mention it is located next to a lake?

6. Marche Bacchus

This French bistro is one you would not want to forget. It is located in the Desert shores community. So it sits outside of the Las Vegas strip. It is located in a gorgeous golfing area, so you would not want to miss out on a place this incredible. 

This restaurant offers Lobster Bisque, Prince Edward Island Mussels, Truffle Scallops, herbed Escargot, and many more French delicacies. This place is perfect for anyone who wants to feel luxurious and European. 

7. LAVO Italian Restaurant

This Italian place is wonderful. It offers so much to people who love Italian food. There are Pizzas, meatballs, pasta, and other familiar favorites. But if you want to take on an adventurous route, you can try charred octopus, stuffed shishito peppers, and salmon oreganatto. 

This Las Vegas restaurant is located at the Palazzo, a world-renowned resort. It provides outdoor seating, providing awesome views of the Las Vegas strip. You will definitely be in awe of your surroundings.

Eat is a fabulous daytime dining place. It is perfect for those who partied the night before and got a terrible hangover. Eat will provide awesome comfort foods to cure any negative energy you have. You will definitely feel at home here. 

Eat offers eggs, pancakes, omelet burgers, truffled egg sandwiches, and much more. For lunch, you can feast on veggie burgers, chicken caesar, and other comfort favorites. 

9. Le Thai

Le Thai offers some of the best Thai food Vegas will provide. This place has won multiple awards and recognitions. What makes this place is Chef Dan’s original creations. He brings unique items to the plate that cannot even be found in Thailand. These include pork belly bacon, a trio curry sauce, and larb salad.  

La Thai is also located at the heart of downtown. So you will not miss out on all of the fun of being at the center of the Strip!

10. Raku

Here is one more Japanese establishment to try out. This place is named Raku. Over there, you can try the finest seafood, sake, sea urchin, wagyu beef, etc. Almost every ingredient is from Japan. Adding to how authentic this place is. 

This decor is clearly high-end. In the dining room, you will find all sorts of intricate decorations. This place is designed to make you feel like royalty. 

This fine dining place is reservation only. You must also be present in formal attire. That is how luxurious this restaurant is! So do not expect a casual experience when visiting this place!
