10 Tips For Thicker Eyebrows You’ll Love
Do you want your eyebrows to not just appear thicker but be thicker? There is a list of ways you can make them appear thicker or become thicker. Down below are 10 tips for thicker eyebrows you’ll love.
1. Don’t get them done!
This is a big one, which is why it’s at the top of my list. If your eyebrows are in a bad place may be due to constant waxing or plucking you need to allow them to grow in. Letting your eyebrows go in is tuff trust me, especially cause they’ll start to look wolfman-ish. What will help is if you use concealer to clean up around your brows helping them appear done, and then fill them in and brush them through with some eyebrow gel.
2. Find a professional you trust
When going to get your eyebrows done after they’ve been fully grown in, it’s best you find a professional you trust. Some places can either wax or thread off too much hair making them appear thinner. Always ask for just a cleanup and for them to keep your eyebrows thick. If you’re not sure if you wanna get them waxed or threaded, click on the author’s name for my article, “Everything you need to know about Threading vs. Waxing”.
3. Soap brows trick?
You’ve probably seen this popular trend a few years back all over social media. Just get a spoolie and Place into the translucent pears soap, and then brush your eyebrows through. Start by brushing them up it will help them appear thicker, and then into place. This will have them lasting all day in place and then it’s your choice if you wanna fill them in. I also recommend getting an eyebrow gel, because it’s definitely easy to carry around for touch ups. Especially if you do the soap trick, it’d be great to whip one out of your bag when you need a touch-up.
4. Castor or Coconut oil!
Another great way to get thicker brows is with a good oil that will help your eyebrows come in thicker. I even used coconut oil when my eyebrows became thinner and I was trying to get them back to their original thickness. It works really well, even for lashes. Castor oil is up there more in this category for hair growth, so I recommend you give them both a try.
5. Eyebrow serums…
I’m sure you’ve heard about these, some work and some don’t. I wish I could promise you a miracle worker, but I’ll just let you know about some affordable ones that you should give a try. Try out the Ardell Brow & Lash Accelerator Treatment Gel $5.
6. Eyebrow Tint
You can do this at home but I hear it’s better to go to a professional. You’ll have your eyebrows looking thicker because they’ll appear darker and it lasts for quite a while.
7. Maintain them
Sure you can go get your brows done and maybe they’ll appear thicker, but personally, I feel maintain them yourself for as long as possible equals better results. I get mine done only for special occasions, and my brows stay nice throughout the year. You need to get either a tweezer or my personal favorite an eyebrow razor.
8. Fill them in to compliment your shape!
A lot of people want thicker brows and overdo their brows. You need to be able to fill them in, in a way that compliments your shape, helping them not only appear thicker by natural. Don’t let your eyebrows come out looking overdrawn.
9. Aloe vera serum
This is a similar trick to the castor and coconut oil. But this serum might be a little faster acting and is all natural for a chance of thicker brows. Basically your gonna use, 2 tablespoons of organic castor oil, 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil, and lastly, 1/2 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. So give it a try, especially cause it will be so easy to apply after you’ve finished your last eyebrow gel and used it as a container. Or if you don’t have that check out your nearest dollar store.
10. Embrace them!
Not everyone can have the eyebrows they see in movies or that actresses like Gigi Hadid are rocking. Go out and embrace them. Your brows are perfect in their own way, so stop stressing it.
