Out of all the Kardashians, Scott Disick is definitely my favorite. Albeit, he isn’t a Kardashian,but he might as well be the star of the show. This is because Scott keeps it real. Among all the glamour and the fame, it can be hard to stay grounded, but Scott helps keep the Kardashians humble with his witty banter, hilarious one-liners, and even self-deprecation. Though Scott is far from perfect and deals with his own share of serious problems that he is working through, he always keeps us laughing and we love him for it! 1. When He Reminded Kim of Her Wealth
During Scott’s time in New York with sisters Kim and Kourtney, Kim opens their door to find that someone has been kind enough to leave them a free yoga membership. After expressing glee over this fact, Kim is quickly shut down by Scott who replies, “Thank god, you would have never been able to afford it!” Scott’s right Kim. Who needs a free yoga membership when you could buy your own?!
2. When He Called Out Kylie On Her Age
Most of us are familiar with Kylie Jenner’s drastic transformation from teen to famous Kardashian sister and Scott Disick didn’t miss the opportunity to point that out. One scene shows Scott mocking Kylie by stating, “How old are you? 17. What do you look like? 25.” to which Kylie seems to scowl in his direction. Nobody likes to be told they look older than they do, but Scott is just keeping it real. So does he get a pass?
3. When He Called Out Kris Over Caller ID
Scott is so fearless that he is not afraid to sass his would-be mother-in-law, Kris Jenner. The matriarch was a victim of Scott’s sharp wit when she couldn’t figure out how to answer the phone. She calls Scott and identifies herself on the phone to which Scott dryly replies, “I know. I have caller ID.” When the matriarch does this a second time, she gets the same response making for a hilarious TV moment!
4. When He Burns Kim On Her Relationship Habits
Kim should know better than to give Scott relationship advice. This is especially true since she, herself, has had relationship problems. However, Kim made the mistake of commenting on the state of Scott and Kourtney’s relationship and advised that they take their time before getting married. Scott didn’t hold back as he fired back with, “Didn’t you get married both times after a couple of months?” Ouch! Do you need some aloe vera for that burn Kim?
5. When He Was Honest About How They All Make Their Money
On one of the episodes, Kim jokes that she is tired of her famous asset and would much rather have a “flat ass now.” Scott quickly responds with, “You guys lose your butts, we may all lose our money!” How is that for keeping it real? He isn’t afraid to tell it as it is and we as fans of “reality” TV appreciate the honesty that Scott has regarding the infamous family around him. Keep it up Scott!
6. When He Tried To Comfort Kendall At His Expense…And Rob’s
When Kendall calls her mom in a panic because she is suffering from anxiety, Scott was there to put life into perspective for her and he wasn’t afraid to call himself (or Rob) out in the process. He explains,“Once upon a time, a couple years ago, I lost my entire family. Then I had a really big drug problem. Then I was in rehab. Then I got out. Then I was still into doing drugs and doing shit. Rob hasn’t come out of the house in three or four years, then he knocked up his girlfriend after two weeks of knowing her, and then there were some other problems that went on in-between then. So if you think you got it rough, just take a look at us.” Leave it up to Scott to tough love you into knowing how lucky you have it! We feel for Kendall though. Sleep paralysis sounds like a nightmare. Pun intended.
7. When He Trolled Kim and Kris Humphries’ Relationship With Just His Face
Sometimes Scott doesn’t even have to speak in order to keep us all entertained. Sometimes, his face will suffice. There is no denying that he wasn’t feeling the PDA between Kim and Kris Humphries. Just look at that face of disgust! Ugh! Gag me!
8. When He Went Savage On Kris For Forgetting About Penelope
During a wrap-up taping of one of the show’s seasons, Kris was asked by host, Ryan Seacrest, her favorite moment of the year to which she quickly responded that it was the day Oprah came to film a segment with the family. Offended, Scott responds, “Not the day when Penelope was born? You heartless wench.” Ow!
