1. Don’t forget your technology!

It’s super important to stay connected especially when you’re half way across the world! From skyping your parents to finishing an essay to listening to music, technology is an essential part of our lives. Make sure you don’t leave your house without the following items. 

• A charger for your laptop. No one wants their computer to die at 3 a.m. when they’re finishing their essay for the next morning.
• Along with your phone charger, you should bring a portable one to keep in your purse or backpack while you’re out exploring. It’s also good to have a charged phone when using your maps app.
• Earbud headphones! Bring a small pair you can keep in your purse for when you just need to drown everything else out.
• A quality camera to bring the memories back home with you.
• Most importantly: an outlet adapter. These are necessary when studying abroad, because without them you won’t be able to use any of your devices!

2. All travel documents are a must.
