Juicy tomatoes and jalapenos are an amazing combination. The two are full of flavor and complement each other well. The jalapenos bring the spice and the tomatoes act as a tongue cooler. When I make this salsa, I prefer to make it with, pineapples, roasted tomatoes, 10 fresh jalapenos, white onion, lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic. Depending on your taste buds you choose to leave in the seeds of the jalapenos or remove them.

To get started you will need ½ cup of melted butter, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup of buttermilk, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 1 cup of flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 cup of diced jalapenos, and 1 cup of yellow cornmeal. Let’s begin, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease your 8-inch pan or baking dish. Grab a large bowl mix the butter, sugar, and eggs. Then add in the buttermilk, baking soda, flour, cornmeal, jalapeno peppers, and salt. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for 35 minutes. Wait about 15 minutes and then serve. Cornbread is best when served warm.

Chocolate goes with jalapenos like how the Beast goes with Belle. The Beast has a very spicy attitude like a jalapeno while Belle has an attitude that is sweet like chocolate. The chocolate is intensified by the jalapeno. This sandwich is amazing and simple to create, thank me later. You will need 1 jalapeno pepper per sandwich, keep the seeds if you can handle the spice. You will also need peanut butter, creamy or with nuts, 2 slices of bread, cooked Applewood smoked bacon, and cherry preserves. Trust me this sandwich is like the upgraded version of a peanut butter sandwich. It is full of so much flavor you can’t eat just one.
