The Ultimate Girl Power Workout Playlist

mm
Getting through a long work out is impossible without some good music. This is the ultimate workout playlist for your next gym sesh.

Though the idea of working out isn’t every babes idea of a good time, I have yet to meet one person who doesn’t feel amazing and empowered once it’s done. There’s simply no better feeling than finishing a kickass workout that tested your limits.  You feel accomplished, high off endorphins, and honestly, hot. That being said, no matter what your personal fitness level is, finding motivation to get out the door and push through the workout is a struggle for all of us at some point or another. Even with working out being my favorite hobby, I’d be lying if I said I was jumping at the sound of my 5am alarm every morning.  Music is the best way to get some motivation. Here is the ultimate girl power workout playlist!!

1. I’m Coming Out – Diana Ross

Ok, you just walked into the gym or you are tying the laces of you running shoes–I’m Coming Out is the throwback that will initiate a good flow of energy

2. I Wanna Dance with Somebody – Whitney Huston

I’m imagining a good cardio sesh, maybe a treadmill warm-up to this one by Whitney. Happy, light, but sung by an iconic #girlboss.

Ok, warm-up is over and now you are sweating (glistening). The “fun” is over and you need something a little more sassy. Queen B’s gottcha covered.

Whether you are a fan of the “New Miley” or not, you can’t deny her girl power. Use it to your bod’s advantage and blast this one to keep you in the zone.

5. Can’t Hold Us Down – Christina Aguilera

Motivational, sassy, and preaching the truth. I may or may not have sung the lyrics to this one aloud in the weight room.
