The Most Important Lessons We’ve Learned From Celeb Relationships

mm
Here is what we can learn from a celeb relationship in the publics eye. These lessons can work for any couple who might need some tips.

Celebrities are our role models and so are their relationships, we’re witnesses to how the sparks turn into flames and sometimes even into ashes. Celebrity’s lives are entertaining but we can also learn a lot about life and relationships, here are a few of the most important lessons from the most iconic celeb relationship right now.

Nothing lasts forever

Angelina Jolie shook the world when she announced she was filing for a divorce with Brad Pitt after two years of marriage. This celeb relationship was together for over a decade before we heard wedding bells and we all fell in love with them in Mr and Mrs Smith. Sadly though, they did get divorced which made us all cry a little but realise that nothing really lasts forever. The same happened a few months back with Channing and Jenna Dewan Tatum, they were so cute but decided to separate however they did say they were still in love with each other which still gives us a little hope. The lesson we can take from this is that it doesn’t matter how long we have been with someone, it can always end and with that in mind we can try harder to make it work and last as long as possible.

Being public isn’t always healthy

Celebrity’s lives are everywhere over the internet and traditional/social media, some choose to put their relationships out there but others don’t and who can blame them. The media is a nasty place sometimes and people can be so rude, this can often make or break relationships. One celeb relationship (well we don’t really know if it is a relationship) is Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart, they have onscreen romance in Riverdale but no one knows if they’re together in real life, they have been spotted a few times and went to the Met Gala together. This might be healthier than having a relationship so out there for everyone to see, there’s less judgement, expectations and drama. This can teach us to be less public with our relationships, it’s such an important lesson to learn from.

Picture perfect doesn’t always mean perfect in real life

One of the most iconic relationships of 2017 and start of 2018 was The Weeknd and Selena Gomez, they were truly perfect (well in the pictures anyways). However after 10 months of dating they broke up and we were devastated, not as much as The Weeknd though it seemed, heĀ  immediately came out with a new album called “My Dear Melancholia”, I mean if that doesn’t tell you how he felt I don’t know what will. In this album he had a song called “call out my name” which was apparently a diss track to Selena Gomez which makes us think that all wasn’t as perfect as we thought. This has a clear message behind it, don’t always trust what people want you to think about relationships it may not be as perfect as you think.

Watch out for the ex

This might be the most important lesson to learn because for some reason people go back to their ex, even Dua Lipa did after she released her song New Rules and IDGAF. A while after Selena Gomez and The Weeknd broke up it was rumored that she was back to Justin Bieber but he has just proposed to Hailey Baldwin. But The Weeknd seemed to get back with Bella Hadid quite soon after Selena, they were caught kissing at a party and have been seen together in a few places, however they haven’t made their relationship (if there is one) public yet so we shall wait and see. The important lesson here has to be to watch out for the ex because people tend to go back especially after a break up.Ā
