This snack does take more cooking than the rest, but all you will need is:
Sweet potatoes, salt and pepper, desired add-ins (Anything to dress up your potato. Cheese, butter/oil, spinach, etc.), and a baking pan.
You can make this item by washing and cutting your potatoes in half, buttering and seasoning them, then adding your add-ins. After that place them on a nonstick baking pan and bake for 45 mins on 350 degrees.

Yogurt covered blueberries are such a bomb food to snack on throughout the day! It also fits into your healthy lifestyle!
This snack is super easy to make, as well! Take some blueberries to mix them into some yogurt and place them in the freezer overnight. When you wake up, you will have a great snack prepared for the day!
