When your body gets too cold, it starts to send blood directly to vital organs like the heart and lungs. This means that things like your fingers, toes, ears, and nose loose circulation first. That is why your ears and nose get red in the cold. 

These workout clothes are also super lightweight and will not add any extra weight to hinder your workouts. There are also so many different types and styles of gloves or mittens to choose from.
