Mardi Gras beads are meant to be worn as necklaces, but what if you braided a bunch together to make one huge statement necklace! It would certainly be unique to you. A braided necklace is especially good for those of us who aren’t exactly crafty because all you need is to know how to braid. You’ll also just need a cute ribbon to tie it up when you’re done!

Mardi Gras beads hook together easily with a twist so making this is as easy as gathering your beads and taking five minutes. The cutest way to wear this chain would be over a bralette or crop top of some kind, that way the chain hangs across your stomach like a normal body chain does.
