The Best Smoothie Bowl Recipes For Spring

The Berry Smoothie

The Minimalist Baker has rated this Berry smoothie one of her top 5 smoothies. It is easy, quick, and delicious, and only requires three ingredients. Add frozen bananas to the blender along with mixed berries and blend on low. Blending on low will ensure that your smoothie bowl consistency is not too thin. Once blended, add non-dairy milk, coconut or almond, and protein powder (I use vanilla protein powder to add a little more flavor).
Scrape down the sides and Blend on low again until you have a soft consistency, think soft serve.
