The Best Places To Travel When You Have Cash To Blow

1. Branson, MO

Branson is the perfect place to travel on a long weekend! The theaters, shows, and amusement parks are sure to keep you entertained. If you have cash burning a hole in your pocket, Branson is one of the best places to travel!

While you are in Branson, consider renting a boat on Table Rock Lake. The lake’s crystal clear water makes it an ideal place for swimming, boating, skiing, or relaxing! If you are looking for entertainment options, head into the main strip of Branson, where you will find several theaters, museums, and restaurants. Relive the sinking of the Titanic at the Titanic museum or watch horses dance at Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede. You can also buy tickets to Silver Dollar City, where you will have access to unique roller coasters, home-cooked meals, and entertaining shows!   

For shopping, head over to the Branson landing, where you will find several name-brand and outlet stores! You can also head into Downtown Branson, which is home to a variety of ice cream shops, pizzerias, and tourist shops. You won’t be able to resist this charming, old-timey area! When you get hungry for dinner, head over to Cakes-n-Creams 50’s Diner. Their burgers and shakes are irresistibly delicious and the perfect way to end a day of exploring!

2. Zion National Park, UT

If you enjoy being outdoors, then Zion National Park is one of the best places to travel! The park features towering cliffs, historical lodges, and challenging hikes. Zion is home to the famous Angel’s Landing hike, where brave hikers endure a strenuous one-mile climb up a steep slope. The climb is intimidating, but the view is worth the aching muscles and burning lungs!

Several small towns around Zion offer accommodations and entertainment for hikers. If you need a rest day, consider visiting one of the towns for some R&R! Zion is a great destination for friend groups and families alike, so if you have the cash to blow this is one of the best places to spend it!

3. Anna Maria Island, FL

Located in the Gulf of Mexico, Anna Maria is a tiny island offering big experiences! Travel and accommodations on the island can be a little pricey, but they are totally worth it! Anna Maria is home to a variety of beach houses, family-style restaurants, and souvenir shops, which makes it an ideal destination for relaxation!

While you are staying on the island, you will want to rent bikes or a golf cart for transportation. Or, you can ride the island trolley. As you explore the island, stop in the tourist shops to grab some souvenirs! For dining options, you need to visit the Sand Bar restaurant, which offers sunset dinner views. The fresh seafood is incredible, and it has a flavor that you won’t find anywhere else! After dinner, visit one of the island’s many ice cream shops for a sweet treat. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation filled with fun memories, delicious food, and plenty of shopping options, Anna Maria is one of the best places to travel to!

4. Holland, MI

Situated near the shores of Lake Michigan, Holland is a slice of Europe in America! This quaint town replicates Dutch culture with its tulip gardens, annual festivals, and windmill display. If you are traveling during early May, Holland is one of the best places to travel to!

Holland is proud of its Dutch heritage. The annual Tulip Time Festival features parades, wooden clogs, Dutch clothing, and authentic Dutch food. If you want to visit Europe but don’t have the time or the resources, Holland is a perfect destination! During your visit, make sure to stroll through the tulip gardens while munching on creamy pastries. As you wander through the town, be sure to visit Windmill Island Gardens and the Holland Bowl Mill. 5. Sedona, AZ
