1. Gypsy Kitchen
You’re leaving work and you want to go hang out with your coworkers or just enjoy a drink for happy hour, the best place for that is Gypsy Kitchen. It’s located downtown on Peachtree Road, perfect for after-work shenanigans!
This restaurant has a Spain and Moroccan feel to it and during happy hour, they have $5 tapas and $5 glasses of wine! That’s perfect for sitting on the patio and enjoying wine with your friends! This has an amazing view of the downtown skyline and beautiful condos that surround the area!

2. Whiskey Blue
The most reputable rooftop bar in Atlanta, Whisky Blue is a beautiful rooftop bar located on top of the W Hotel in Midtown. The rooftop bar has two inclusive patios that look toward Lenox Square in Buckhead in one direction and Atlanta City Center and skyline in the other!
Unlike other typical fancy bars, this one is free to get in. Unfortunately, there is a dress code and if you do not abide by it you will get turned away or you can somehow bribe the bouncer! The best seasons to visit are the early summertime and late fall when it is not so hot out, but you definitely need to check out the view on Independence day. You’ll see everything, just make sure to get to the top first or you won’t see a thing!
3. Six Feet Under Fish House & Pub
With the name, Six Feet Under you wouldn’t think of this place is the best place to get drinks and look at the view. But this restaurant has been in the best top 5 rooftop bars in Atlanta for a while now and I would love to agree!
There are two locations in Midtown, Atlanta and Grant park area. The Midtown location has a beautiful view of the skyline and at dawn is the best time to go because the sunset is beautiful! The sun shining off the buildings is just unbelievable. Grant Park has an amazing view of the famous Oakland Cemetery where many famous people are buried! There is also a nice view of the city from their patio as well!
4. Ponce City Market Rooftop: Skyline Park
“The Grandest View on Ponce”. This rooftop is the rooftop of all rooftops; If you have not visited what is known as Skyline Park then you are for real missing out! This rooftop in Atlanta has a whole carnival attraction on top of a building as well as a full bar! You never have to wait until the fall time to see a carnival because this one is all year round.
The rooftop does cost a small price of $10 but that gets you a whole lot of fun! Skyline Park is perfect for a small date night or during the daytime with your friends and family. It overlooks all of midtown and parts of the beltline. While in Atlanta this is definitely something you do not want to miss!
5. Republic Social House
This all-year-round rooftop bar is very popular in Atlanta. The Republic Social House overlooks the Oakland Cemetery and is known for the outdoor deck with fire pits for those cool and cozy nights. The drink list is amazing and they have a delicious brunch menu on Saturday Mornings from 11-2pm!
Republic Social House wants its customers to feel like home so they offer weekly events happening every day! The most enjoyable is the $.65 wings Mondays and Cheap Taco Tuesdays! This rooftop bar is great for a date night with your significant other or with your girls on your chill night out. If you like bar games this is the bar for you!
6. 9 Mile Station
The ultimate date spot, 9 Mile Station is the perfect picturesque rooftop bar in Atlanta. This bar also is on top of Ponce City Market but it is more on the adult side! This elevated beer garden has the option of sitting indoors or outdoors, which is great for the fall!
Their brunch menu is filled with all your favorites you’d expect in the south. Eggs Benedict, mimosas, and your mama’s favorite, grits! Then in the evening, you can come snuggle up in front of the fire pits with your favorite Atlanta crafted beers!
To reserve a seat for dinner or drinks the best idea to do is to reserve a table. You do however have to pay a small fee of $40 to reserve a table but this covers your entry fee and it goes towards your dinner.

Awarded for their amazing taste of Latin flavors, Estrella is the place to be at! Estrella is one of THE best rooftop bars in Atlanta, with an amazing view of the city. This rooftop bar is located in the Old Fourth Ward on the rooftop of the Parisian-styled market, Bazati.
If you are going for cocktail hour or even a date night with a loved one, the fall time vibe will have you falling in love with this Mexican treat! With the ambiance and Spanish music, the spicy Jalepeño margarita and Chayitas will have you feeling muy bien!
