Finding new makeup trends to follow is something every makeup lover can agree to enjoy doing. Especially when you end up falling in love with that look, almost becoming attached to it. With summer ending, so are the trends…which leaves plenty of room for new ones! It’s time to start exploring fall eyeliner looks and what better way to start than right here with this list below.
Believe it or not, creating this look is pretty easy! You don’t have to be the most skilled makeup guru in the game to complete it. All you have to do is take the eyeshadow color of your choice, make sure it is at least medium colored, and apply that under your eye with a small brush. This is going to be your base color.
This look can be subtle, but if you want it to be on the more dramatic end, feel free to apply the shadow as low as you want. Secondly, choose a color that is darker than the base color, using that to tap this color just underneath the lash line. While applying, make sure you’re using a liner brush for the best results. Again, if you’re looking for a more subtle and soft look, blend the darker color in with the transition color.
Apply some mascara to your lashes and voilá! All done.
Looking for something a bit bolder? This two-tone line look might be your new favorite trend. Start by using a neutral base on your eyelid to create the background for the eyeliner look. This technique is great if you want to conceal any redness on your lid.
After picking the eyeliner color of your choice, start to create a smooth line beginning at the middle of the upper lash line, creating a winged look by lightly flicking the end of the line upward. Since we’re talking about fall eyeliner looks here, try using a color that accentuates the fall season and the colors associated with it. After you finish with the first line, use a different color liner to line the upper lash line with, starting from the inner eye corner to the middle of the lid. You want the two to meet at the end.
White eyeliner is in this year. You can either wear it with some eyeshadow or just by itself on your eyelid, but it will definitely leave a statement no matter what. For a subtle look, try adding dots to the mix! After applying a regular coat of black eyeliner across your lid, trace the black line with the white eyeliner.
Once you finish with this, draw dots just under the brow bone and by your inner lid to complete the look. Although this was the example given for white eyeliner, feel free to add to the look by adding the eyeshadow of your choice. If it were me, I would use a soft pink or maybe even mauve. Using colors like such would complete this fall eyeliner look for sure.
This trend is getting a second chance this fall season. It’s easy yet effective and there’s no need for serious precision or practice. Liquid liner doesn’t even have to be used! It’s as simple as using your own finger to create the look.
However, if you’re not fond of using your finger, you can use a dense, rounded brush. Wet the brush before dipping it into the smoky pigment, starting off slow until you find the look you desire the most. If you want to get in the fall spirit, add some eyeshadow, or even glittery eyeshadow for that matter, to make it pop even more.
