What do some Canadian icons, a handful of superstars and several classic rock gods have in common? They, along with tons more, are taking the stage in Montreal this summer! With dates ranging from May to August, you’re sure to create some amazing summer memories at these crazy performances.
So without further ado, here’s a list of some of the best concerts coming to Montreal in 2019. Because what else will you talk (read: brag) about for ice breakers in September classes?
After 45 years of being one of the biggest names in not only rock history, but music history in general, KISS is hanging up their drum sticks and guitars with their End of the Road Tour. After coming for their first “last” show in Montreal on March 19th, the classic rock band is heading for their actual last hoorah on August 16th at Bell Centre, just in case you missed them.
On her Beautiful Trauma World Tour, which kicked off on March 1st in Sunrise Florida, this three-time winning Grammy superstar will be joined by the Grammy winning singer-songwriter Julia Michaels, who collaborated on a few of the tracks in the Beautiful Trauma album. Make sure to grab a ticket to one of the two nights P!nk is in town on May 17th and 18th before the artist goes off to her Europe tour later in the summer!
After rumours of retirement, this Canadian icon—who has five sold-out world tours and four Grammys under his belt—is moving back to centre stage for his first tour since the To Be Loved Tour, which ended in 2015 in Johannesburg. With music from his 10th studio album, Love, catch Bublé at Bell Centre August 1st and 2nd.
Starting in Colombus, Ohio, this musical duo shook the alternative rock genre with every hit single they’ve had: from Stressed Out to Heathens. Travelling for their Bandito Tour with their special guest Bear Hands, Twenty One Pilots will hit Montreal on May 22nd, so be sure to catch these two.
Starting in Sunrise, Florida in the beginning of July, these pioneers of rock will blast your eardrums (in a good way) along with guests The Raven Age on their Legacy of the Beast tour, their first in two years. Be sure to get tickets at Bell Centre for August 5th.
This English rock indie band, who has dominated the indie genre since their break in 2008 with songs Kiss With a Fist and Dog Days Are Over, are headed over to Montreal for their High As Hope Tour, which features their special guests, Blood Orange. Catch these indie gods on May 28th at Bell Centre.
After being on his aptly-named Ultimate Tour for over a full year (yes, full year) this Canadian icon is headed over to Montreal after stopping in Australia, Europe, India and the Cayman Islands. With famous songs like Summer of ’69 and Cuts Like a Knife, make sure to see Adams when he pulls in on July 2nd, just in case you missed him in January.
Back after a seven year tour break for her It’s My Party: Live Celebration Tour, this international superstar is rocking the world stage. Starting in Inglewood, California in the beginning of June and ending in Tel Aviv, Lopez will head up to Canada inbetween for her performance in Montreal at Bell Centre on July 10th.
