Here are the best concerts coming to Philly this week.
1. Pink
Pink is bringing her Beautiful Trauma tour to Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center on Friday, April 13, 2018. She is known for her hits such as “Perfect,” Get the Party Started,” and “Just Like Fire.” Doors for the event open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. There are some great concerts coming to Philly.
2. Chief Keef and Bok Nero
Hip-Hop/EDM/pop musician and Philly native will open for rapper Chief Keef at the Electric Factory on Friday, April 13. The show is presented by Boom 103.9 & Traptivities present. The doors open at 7 p.m with the show starting at 8 p.m.
3. Women that Rock
Women that Rock, which is a show featuring female-led bands, will take place at Bar 2300 on Saturday, April 14 at 7:30 p.m. The show features acts such as Afrobeat, Calla Bere and the Attitude, Pieces of Arbor, and more.
4. Sharon Lia Band with Special Guests
Sharon Lia Band, a five-piece pop band, is returning to Hard Rock Philly on April 14, 2018. The band will be joined by special guests Walt Lafty, Taylor Tote, and XPresidents. Doors open at 9 p.m. and the show starts at 9:30 p.m.
5. Ty Segall
Rock musician Ty Segall is coming to the Trocadero on Sunday, April 15. The doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:30. Segall is known for his solo career, having released 10 studio albums as well as several singles and collaborative albums.
6. John Gilbride and Drew Angus
John Gilbride is a singer-songwriter with blues and folk influences. Drew Angus is a pop musician who has performed at many venues and festivals throughout his career. Both musicians are performing sets at Bourbon and Branch on Tuesday, April 17 at 7 p.m.
7. Marie/Lepanto and Psalmships
Singer-songwriters Marie/Lepanto and indie/alternative band Psalmships will both perform sets at Johnny Brenda’s on Wednesday, April 18. The doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. The show is open to those 21 and over.
8. Morbid Angel
Tampa- based iconic death metal band Morbid Angel is bringing its Kingdoms Disdained tour to the Theatre of Living Arts on South Street on Thursday, April 19. The show starts at 8 p.m. The show is open to all ages.
