No matter how bad your day is, we can look forward to some comfort food. Whether it was a horrible exam, drama with friends or even being yelled at by your boss, food is always there for you. We look for comfort food wherever we are: restaurants, our kitchens, food trucks and even when hanging out with friends.

Spaghetti and meatballs fit the bill for comfort food, with its rich sauces, tender meatballs and of course noodles that are filled with carbs. Pasta is a craving that just comes on fast and you know you need it. It’s one of the best comfort foods for people, especially if you have an Italian family that loves to make their own homemade sauce.
