The Best And Healthiest Breakfast Options For On The Go Days

Who isn’t on the go this time of year? Especially in the morning when you wish you could make yourself the healthiest breakfast options from a mix of foods in the fridge. Whether you are a student or someone in the working world, these are the healthiest breakfast options you can take with you on the go! That way you won’t get hungry later or tempted to eat anything sugary or greasy.

When you wake up in the morning and miss your alarm, you can feel assured that these healthy breakfast options will have your back when you are running out the door. Don’t be late to class, whip up one of these quick, time-saving breakfast options and you are ready for the day! Never again will you be all of tired, late and hungry.

1. Quaker Oatmeal

I love quaker oatmeal! They have great flavors with low sugar and you can easily pour the oatmeal into a bowl with water and heat it up in one minute. Take out the bowl from the microwave and you have the tastiest oatmeal ever. If you were truly on the go and didn’t even have time for those shenanigans then you could pick up one of the Quaker oatmeal packets, throw it in your purse and scavenge for some water and a microwave wherever you land.

Taking one of these packets to the office, not only will people be wondering what that amazing smell is (especially with the cinnamon flavor), but they will be jealous you have such a delicious and cute bowl of oatmeal for the morning. You could even make it a snack throughout the day to satisfy your cravings and keep your mind going strong for all of the hard work you have to get to. This is one healthy breakfast option you will want even when you aren’t on the go!

2. Fruity Smoothie

I love a good fruit smoothie, they are delicious, easy to make and can be super healthy for the start of your day! Not to mention fruit has healthy sugars that will energize you, not make your energy go up and down and then crash throughout the day. I love making either a strawberry banana or blueberry and banana smoothie, its always delicious and has a bit of added protein in there with some Fage yogurt. That way, instead of wasting your time with eating some delicious food, you can blend it all up, and drink it all the way up while going to work, class, or a meeting!

It’s delicious, satisfying and gets you ready for the day with some healthy fats. How could you ever go wrong? I like to spoon out some avocado and put it into a bowl, mash it up with a fork and then spread on my toast. You can then add some salt and pepper if you’d like or choose another spice you think would go great with your toast. It’ll only take a couple of minutes and then you can rush out of the house or dorm room as planned.

5. Fage Yogurt With Granola

Fage has become one of my personal go-to favorite greek yogurts. I always get the zero percent one without any fat but it has twenty grams of protein. That way it’ll get me ready for the day and feeling nice and strong. I usually go with some Kind granola, my favorite is either the blueberry or dark chocolate one.
