10 Surprising Foods That Boost Your Metabolism

Adding a slice or two of watermelon to your meal isn’t such a bad idea! There is an amino acid in watermelon called arginine that actually speeds up fat loss while increasing muscle mass.

5. Almonds

Again, moderation is key. Many people might not realize that almonds are actually quite high in calories. The fatty acids in almonds, however, totally raise your metabolism!

The calcium in Greek yogurt can actually help your burn more calories than your may think. Try to choose a plain or unsweetened yogurt and throw in some fruit or granola!
