Summer is fast approaching and you know what that means? Beaches and drinks! 1 1/2 ounce of coconut rum
2 ounces of cranberry juice
2 ounces of pineapple

1 ounce of vodka
1 ounce of peach schnapps
3 ounces of orange juice
3 ounces of cranberry juice

1 ounce gin
1 ounce rum
1 ounce triple sec
1 ounce blue curacao

Yes, this classic drink had to make the summer drink recipes list! A frozen mixture of coconut and alcohol, there is nothing more relaxing than this drink on a hot summer day. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup diced pineapple, frozen
2 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces Coco Lopez coconut cream
1 1/2 ounces white rum
1 ounce dark rum
Pineapple slices
