Knowing what to wear to work each day can seem like a daunting task, especially if you are a recent grad or an intern on a student budget. Getting into the workforce most likely means no more Flash t-shirt and a pair of jeans (unless you work is a super casual place or your office does casual Fridays). If you have these items in your wardrobe, you are ready to rock the working world in style with these stylish items.

1. A dress that transitions from meetings to evening wear

While you may go straight home after a long day at work, you will occasionally want to go to networking events, concerts, or happy hours after work. You may not have a ton of time to go home and change, so having a dress that can go from office meetings to an evening out is an stylish items wardrobe for every professional woman.

Working women have to carry a lot of things with them on a regular basis.
