We have all been in the debate of which coffee is better. It’s always Starbucks vs Dunkin Donuts. Both coffee giants possess a massive and loyal fan base. I always find it so interesting though when people legit argue and debate on social media over which of the two has the better coffee. I, myself, am loyal to Starbucks but I will not be biased for the purposes of this article!
When you look at the two companies, they both have various different pros and cons that people factor in when deciding who they are loyal to and are riding with. So, lets look over a few:
Starbucks
1) Immense variety of coffee and flavors.
2) Offers the ability to customize your coffee.
3) Has a plethora of different treats and sandwiches to choose from.
1) Expensive prices.
2) Usually always has long lines.
3) Doesn’t offer frequent deals on coffee.
Dunkin Donuts
1) Inexpensive prices.
2) Always offers coffee deals.
3) Consistently run promo ads to let their customers know what they have going on.
1) Lacks an extensive menu to choose from.
2) Doesn’t offer detailed customization of drinks.
3) Always has a ton of sugar at the bottom of the drinks.
I feel as though Starbucks offers a rich espresso taste that can help you feel awake, while Dunkin’ Donuts offers a more sugary taste that can help you feel hype. I will say though, that both companies do a good job at catering to what their customers want, and both are always coming out with new drinks and foods.
