Let’s face it, getting your butt to the gym isn’t so easy on most days.  Whether you feel like staying in your pajamas all day or catching up on sleep, sometimes it seems like there is always a better option of activities you could be doing instead of hitting the gym.  When thoughts and excuses like this start to creep in, something that always changes my mind and pumps me up is music.  Here are 20 songs you need on your workout playlist because cardio is hardio.

A throwback for sure, but always a goodie and a great way to get that extra boost of energy.  As Mr. West says in this heart-pumping song, “That that don’t kill me, can only make me stronger”. Trust me, you won’t die if you finish out that mile…you’ll only become stronger.

When this songs comes on, promise me you’ll channel your inner Ari and peddle away on that cycle! All you have to do is imagine how amazing she looks in this video and strive to have similar results if you keep on keeping on!
