Songs Trending On TikTok In October

Sometimes the only way I can keep up with whatever new and trending songs is by scrolling through TikTok for a few minutes. The app is amazing at bringing up random songs and making them trend or spreading new songs fast enough for hundreds of people to hear them. 

Several different TikTok trends go with these eleven trending songs, and they are so much fun to watch.

1. TV by Billie Eilish

Eilish released TV on July 21, 2022, and it has since become a trending song on TikTok.

The trending lines on TikTok are: 
“And I’ll be in denial for at least a 

little while

What about the plans we made?”

The trend has people showing the people they have lost in their lives, especially if they never expected to lose them. This can include that person passing away, friendships ending, or relationships ending. 

There are several other trending songs that Billie Eilish has created, all you have to do is search her name on TikTok.

2. Luna, Amore E No by Piero Piccioni

The trend for this song is where you show what people are saying versus what you relate to. 

For example, a TikTok you may see is: 
“I get girls” 

“I get guys”

“I get dizzy standing up too fast” 

It’s a funny and relatable trend showing what life looks like while others talk about other things.

This trending song doesn’t have lyrics for the TikTok videos, but it really shows that any genre of song can trend.

3. Anti-Hero by Taylor Swift 

The song Anti-Hero was released by Swift on October 21, 2022, and is a part of her new album Midnights. There are several parts of the song trending, but the main one are these lines: 

“It’s me, hi

For this trend, you’ll pick something that makes you “the problem.” 

For example, TikToker Loren Gray made a video to the song with these words over her video:

And the video changes to her wearing Taylor Swift merch saying, “I’m the problem, it’s me.” 

The rest of Taylor Swift’s new album also has trending songs that people are making videos to.

4. Unholy (feat. Kim Petras) by Sam Smith

Sam Smith released Unholy on September 22, 2022. 

The lines that are trending include the first few lines: 
“Mummy don’t know

At the body shop 

Doing something unholy.”

This trending song is usually played over TikTok videos of people having outfit changes and showing off their makeup looks. It began trending when Smith released their unreleased demo on TikTok.

5. Super Freaky Girl by Nicki Minaj

This trending song has two separate sections used with these TikTok trends.

The first part trending includes these lines: 

“He want a F-R-E-A-K

F-R-E-A-K

A-K, A-K, A-K.” 

And these lines are usually over people lip-synching to the song, and they also show off their makeup look and outfit look.

The second part of the song that’s trending are these lines:

He know the prettiest bitch didn’t

This part of the song is trending because there is a TikTok dance.  Another trend it to take this part of the song and replace the lyrics with a story time of your won.

You’d start the story time with, “Uh, okay, one thing about me…” and you begin your story. You can keep it catchy or try your best to keeping up with the music. 

6. A Gangster’s Wife by Ms. Krazie

The lyrics to this trending song that are played is:

in this gangster world” 

For this trend, the video creator will lip sync the words before showing their partner and significant other.

This song was released by Armani White on May 19, 2022. The lines that are trending include:

And this is usually used for transitions showing the first outfit and then into a new, more stylish outfit.

8. Oh No by Kreepa

This song, Oh No by Kreepa, was released on December 12, 2019, and has been a popular song on TikTok for over a year.

The lyrics that are trending include a sped-up version of: 
“Whatever happened to

And then the sound that repeats, “oh no” repeatedly.

For this trend, people show unfortunate things that have happened. Maybe realizing a mistake, they made or watching something fall apart in front of them. 

9. All Your’n by Tyler Childers

This song was released on June 21, 2019, but has recently become popular as a wholesome trend on TikTok that people make with their loved ones.

The lines that are trending are: 

“So I’ll love you ’til my 

lungs give out, I ain’t lying'”

For videos under this trend, it shows someone saying these lyrics to someone they love, whether it’s a child, significant other, or even their pet. This is a wholesome trend, and I could watch the videos all day if I could.

 

10. Until I Found You by Stephen Sanchez

Stephen Sanchez released this song on September 1, 2021, and it is another song that has created a wholesome trend.

The lyrics that are trending are: 

“”I would never fall in love

The song is usually placed over videos of partners dancing together, whether it’s at their wedding or a sweet moment in their living room. This is another one of those trends that I could watch and not get tired of.

I always love these romantic trending songs! They are always my favorite.

These are eleven trending songs that are on TikTok, and that are so good to listen to. TikTok is a great place where you can promote your songs, and that can bring songs out of hiding with a good trend to go with it. Some songs are from new writers that will get thousands of streams in days thanks to trending on TikTok. It is a positive side to TikTok.
