Smoothie Ideas That Will Have You Screaming For More

These smoothie ideas will have you running for breakfast every morning. Kill the breakfast rush to get out the door by making a quick and easy yet delicious and nutritious smoothie! All of these smoothie ideas will have you feeling good, energized and ready to take on any challenges the day throws at you. 

You won’t have to worry about being late for work, or not being able to get enough nutrients in for the day because a smoothie can do it all quick and easy with a short prep and blend time! Sip up, because it is time to blend up some fruity and breakfast goodness! 

1. Typical Strawberry Banana Smoothie

We all love an easy smoothie recipe and the strawberry banana smoothie is the most simple and go-to smoothie there is! It’s sweet, delicious and brings us all the nutrition and energy we need to get through the day! I love to add in zero percent Fage, an amazing greek yogurt with twenty-three grams of protein per serving. That way you can get in some protein, antioxidants, and energy all in one powerful smoothie drink. 

Ingredients: 

  • Ice
  • Strawberries
  • Almond Milk or your choice of milk
  • Fage or your favorite greek yogurt
  • Banana

Instructions: 

blend it up and call it a morning girlfriend! 

2. Typical Blueberry Banana Smoothie

You know the drill, add in the ingredients and blend it all up for a smooth and tasty appearance. I love adding in some peanut butter or PB2 which is powdered peanut butter with some added protein without all the fat and sugar to my smoothie. It adds in some taste while creating a breakfast drink that will get you all the protein without having to down an actual protein drink. 

Ingredients: 

  • Ice
  • Blueberry
  • Almond Milk or your choice of milk
  • Fage or your favorite greek yogurt
  • Banana
  • Optional: PB2 or your favorite peanut butter
  • Optional: Vanilla or chocolate protein powder

3. Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Dessert for breakfast, but make it healthy! blend this Cinnamon Roll smoothie together and you’ll have the most delicious and worthwhile smoothie. Everyone will be wondering how you made it out the door so quick, and with the best tasting smoothie too! 

Ingredients: 

  • Vanilla almond milk
  • Vanilla greek yogurt
  • Old fashioned oats
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Banana

Instructions: 

Obviously, we have to blend and blend until it’s all smooth! Now enjoy and get your butt over to class. 

4. Peach Strawberry Smoothie

Fruity, summery and delicious! This is all you need in your life if you want to try something different from the typical strawberry smoothie! 

Ingredients: 

  • Peach
  • Strawberries
  • Banana
  • 1/2 of a teaspoon ground ginger
  • one cup of water

Instructions: 

Blend it up and enjoy! 

5. Mango Vanilla Smoothie

Winter break? Who’s she? Don’t know her, but I do know summertime with this Mango and Vanilla smoothie! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla soymilk, cashew milk, almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions: 

How many more times do I have to say it? Blend and get out the door! Spend time falling in love with this smoothie while you’re in the car! 

6. Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast, but make it quick! If you love a good old fashioned oatmeal with some bananas but don’t have the time to hussle and heat it all up then make it a smoothie! Check out the ingredients and you know what to do after that, blend away! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 cup Old fashioned oats
  • Banana
  • one tablespoon of peanut butter or your favorite nut/ seed butter
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • A couple of ice cubes

Instructions: 

Like I said, blend away and enjoy because this delicious smoothie choice will only last so long! 

7. Pineapple Smoothie

Did we just skip entire seasons to get back to summer vacay? I think so! Welcome the pineapple smoothie to your life becasue you will not want to miss out on this hot commodity.

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced

  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 Cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 

Blend, blend and keep blending! Watch these ingredients turn smooth and soon you’re ready for a reusable straw and cup! Now sip like your life depends on it, becasue right now your hangover definitely depends on it! 

9. Wild Blueberry, Banana, and Spinach Power Smoothie

Don’t have time for fruit and veggies? Well, now you do! Check out this smoothie as an excuse to add in all your great nutrition for the day but without the long prep time! Delicious and easy is the new healthy and there is no reason to compromise!  

Ingredients:  

  • Spinach
  • Banana
  • Blueberry
  • Strawberry
  • Chia seeds
  • Almond milk or your preferred choice of milk
  • Some ice cubes

Instructions: 

Blend it all together and get out the door! You’ll have a nutritious breakfast to sip up in no time! Because when you have no time to eat and get it all down, a smoothie, and this smoothie specifically, is a great option. 

I know that you have no time in the morning to get your breakfast together! But that’s okay because from now on you have at least nine smoothie ideas at your fingertips to try and fall in love with!
