10 Smart Ways To Organize Your Bedroom Closet You Need To Try

Keeping an organized closet is so much harder than people would think. Especially if you have a small space. You kind of just throw stuff in and shut the door quickly and decide to deal with it later. But later never comes, and you are left with a chaotic and super messy closet. So here are 10 really smart and surprising ways to organize your bedroom closet. Spoiler: A lot of these involve hanging. These are some of the smart ways to organize.

1. Drawer Compartments

This is a great investment and a pretty cheap one at that. It will keep everything in that drawer separated and clean. These things are super awesome, especially in your delicates drawer. Super smart, super cheap, and takes up almost no space! Definitely check these things out!

2. Can Tabs

This a great way to keep your clothes organized! Especially if you have run out of room in your closet. Simply take the can tab and slip it over the hanger head, and then take another hanger and run it through the tab. You can double your closet contents without doubling the space. This is such an awesome closet organization tip! And totally a #closetorganizationhack.

3. Organize Sweaters/Shirts With a Hanging Shoe Organizer

By hanging your sweaters/shirts in a hanging shoe organizer you can fit a ton more in your closet without taking up a ton of space. This is something that everyone should do! You will be amazed at how much free space you will suddenly have once you have converted. And if you normally fold your shirts and put them in a chest of drawers, move them over to the hanging organizer to free up space in there too! I love this tip and have used it personally; it was the best thing I ever did! This is another one of the smart ways to organize.

4. Organize Your Scarves With Shower Curtain Rings

Another great space saving hack! Just get a bunch of shower rings and put them on a hanger, and then just tie on your scarves. This is such a great hack and so simple! And cheap, which is a bonus! I have done this as well and it was a lifesaver! Because not only are you saving space but you’re putting your scarves where they can be seen, rather than folding them up and putting them in a drawer. Love this tip!

5. Organize Your Makeup and Accessories

Having a space that is set aside for your accessories and makeup is key. By keeping it all together and organized your morning will go by much smoother because you will be able to find everything much faster.

6. Pegboard Inside Of Your Closet

By attaching a pegboard to your closet door you will increase your space so much! You can hang anything on it, from shoes to belts, to containers for makeup. This is a great organizing tip! This is another one of the smart ways to organize.

7.  Store High-Heels With a Towel Rod

Attaching a towel rod to your door for your high-heels is an awesome way to keep them all organized. And it will keep them off of your closet floor, so you can put other things there. And you will be able to find the pair that you want much faster because they will be directly in your eye line.
