From the beautiful weather and views to all of the fun things to do, it isn’t a surprise that San Jose CA is one of the best places on earth (I’m a little bias). These are 15 signs you’re from San Jose Ca!
Whether it’s a end of the year school field trip or a place to hang out, everyone goes to Great America. It’s also not surprising if you see a lot of your classmates here since it’s a popular place for a summer or seasonal job for teens.
We are bubble tea veterans and know where the best milk tea places are at. Places like Gong Cha, Fantasia, Pekoe, and ShareTea are basically scattered at every block and we visit often.
It’s a really fun place to be! We love our city and show it any way possible.
We just love our 408 phone numbers because it represents the Bay Area. Plus, it just sounds nice to say. If you have a new number and ended up with the 669 area code, you were low key disappointed.
And for a reason too. These places make for a great background to your pictures. Just make sure you don’t sweat too much climbing the stairs to the hill.
But then again, all Californians do. We have it easy with our sunny days and literally zero snow days.
We live in one of the most expensive places to live in the entire nation. We’re also in one of the most expensive states so yay us?
But not both because their rivalry’s serious and you have to pick a side. Also, you want to move away for college but not too far because San Jose is just that great.
You can see the mountains especially well in East San Jose and you just got used to seeing giant mountains right next to your house. If you ever went to other states, it feels weird without mountains on some part of the horizon.
You went for an “educational” field trip multiple times at school. The bright orange building is hard to miss and makes for great pictures.
We have a museum just for technology. If that doesn’t deserve the “center of Silicon Valley” label then I don’t know what will. We’re super high tech and we even have robots for security at Valley Fair.
We have around 4 faults near us but it doesn’t mean we get shaken up every ten minutes. I can’t tell if there’s just no earthquakes lately or if I just got used to it.
Our roads are so bad that potholes and bumps are just part of our daily commute.
Even though it’s more expensive than Oakridge and Eastridge, we’d drive a little further to shop at this place. Who can beat walking distance to Santana Row?
Don’t get us wrong, we got that San Jose pride, but sometimes we want a little change or at least a different city nearby. Though, no matter what, San Jose has a special place in our hearts.
