Every Fourth of July party needs a few staple things, one of those things, and probably one of the most important is amazing food. Whether you have your guests bring a dish, you’re preparing everything, or you’re the guest bringing a dish, these Fourth of July themed recipes are sure to be an absolute hit at your Fourth of July Party.
Super simple, all you need are blueberries, strawberries, marshmallows, and kabob sticks. Once you have all of your supplies, all you have to do is slide everything onto the kabob sticks and lay them out to look like the American flag! Easy and super delicious.
Just as easy as the first option, another thing you can do is decorate a pan of brownies to look like the flag. You can use white frosting or whipped cream, and then layer the blueberries and strawberries on top! I love brownies so this is definitely on my list the year.
I love pasta salad, and I always feel like pasta salad is especially good on a warm summer day – so perfect on the Fourth of July! This pasta salad is super simple, just chop up some tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocados, mix them in with cooked pasta, and some feta cheese or whatever type of cheese suits your fancy. You can also use any sort of vinegarette or dressing you like. Super easy and customizable because you can use any fruit, veggies, cheese, meats, and dressings to create your own pasta salad.
Another easy dish to prepare, all you need are red, white, and blue fruits. Strawberries, blueberries, and bananas are great choices for this, but you can honestly use any fruit you like.
Salsa is amazing and you could totally just bring some basic salsa to the party, but why not be a little extra and make a fruit salsa? Add a little sweet to the spice, perfect for summer and for your Fourth of July party. You can find the full recipe here.
Always a great option, sliders. Since you’ll probably have burgers on the grill, a good option for your sliders are buffalo chicken sliders. If you want to make these delicious sliders, you can find the full recipe here.
A cute take on the classic strawberry shortcake, these are sure to be a hit at your Fourth of July party. All you do is layer strawberries, blueberries, shortcake, and whipped topping in cute cups, but you can get the full recipe here.
Instead of pie, which I’m sure someone else will bring, make a blueberry crumble! You can top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream too! Get the full recipe here.
One of my favorite things to eat at summer cookouts and every Fourth of July is grilled corn on the cob. One way to add a little pizzaz to the standard corn on the cob, brush it with garlic butter and sprinkle on parmesan and parsley.
For those of you of age that want to bring a little party to the Fourth of July party, red, white, and blue jello shots are perfect. You can find the full recipe here.
