So for me, Smoothies have always been a great option as they are very healthy and contain all the vitamins and nutrients your body needs, they help you contribute towards your 5-a-day fruit and veg intake and they also taste amazing! Down below, I have compiled a list of 10 smoothies that you yourself can make at home simply and easily!
