Trying to stay fit and healthy can be a struggle sometimes. Maintaining that balance of trying to lead an active lifestyle on top of eating and drinking things that are good for you can be very difficult in itself. So for me, Smoothies have always been a great option as they are very healthy and contain all the vitamins and nutrients your body needs, they  help you contribute towards your 5-a-day fruit and veg intake and  they  also taste amazing! Down below, I have compiled a list of 10 smoothies that you yourself can make at home simply and easily!

Sunshine Smoothie

INGREDIENTS: 500ml Carrot Juice, 200g pineapple, 2 bananas split into pieces, small amount of peeled ginger, 20g cashew nuts, small amount of lime juice

Super Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS: 450g frozen berries, 450g of fat free  strawberry yogurt, 100ml of milk, 25g of porridge oats and 2 tablespoons of honey

Tropical Breakfast Smoothie
