2. Feel your feelings

Although music has the ability to make us feel happy in a matter of minutes, it also makes us feel sad. The good thing about sad music is that it helps encourage those feelings that sit deep inside us. Even though we may not feel like crying and being sad, it’s important that we sometimes just sit and feel the pain of what is making us frustrated. If you don’t let out what bothers you, how do you ever expect to move forward?

3. Great for having an amazing running.

If you are a runner, then you know there comes a beautiful peace when actually do it. Many runners do not run with music to enjoy the time they are making for themselves but a lot of us want the music to help motivate us to keep going. 4. Other exercises

Music doesn’t just need to be for running although personally, that is my favorite. Music can make any workout better. If you kickbox it can make your punches stronger. If it is basketball then you can better believe you will run faster and shoot better. If it’s dance, well then your magic will emerge when you will be able to feel the impact of each song with every beat. Use music to motivate you, to push you, to help you believe in yourself more.

5. Self-confidence

Life is full of its ups and downs. You feel amazing one moment and then like crap the next due to life’s circumstances. That’s just how things work. With music, we can change how we think to believe in ourselves. Think about Beyonce. Even she doesn’t feel amazing every day, but music has been a huge part of her life that helped her changed her self-confidence. She has mentioned multiple times that she channels in her alter ego Sash Fierce when she performs. This is a version of herself, but the more confident version. The one that isn’t afraid of anything and can do anything. The right type of music gave her the ability to do this. That is how powerful music can be.

If you are ready to have a house party, gathering, whatever you may call it then music is essential to living things up. The music you choose sets the tone for the rest of the night and can either excite the people at that gathering or bore them. You don’t want a party that bores the guests, do you?

Music creates memories for people to always remember. Your party’s music could be the first kiss for a couple or it could be a memorable graduation party for a young lady. The memories you make with the people around you are the ones you will remember forever. Music sets the time and place when these special memories come to life.

Everyone has problems, but what makes them better are the people that surround us with love and care. It’s all about coming together and being apart of one another lives when things get tough. We shouldn’t leave others out in the dust if things don’t go right. We should take the time to gather in difficult situations to fight whatever may come our way. Music can be used to be a great form of relaxation. The best is when you take a bubble bath, light a candle, and set the tone with music that relaxes the soul. You can fall deep into the soothing suds of the bath without another thought to spare! Another great way to use music for relaxation is when you are doing yoga. To get into a yoga flow, the right kind of music can push you into a deeper relaxation. You could even use relaxing music paired with meditation to help you feel more relaxed also.

Having a strong and healthy brain for a lifetime is the goal! We want to be able to function for as long as possible and to live a life that is fruitful! A great way to do so is by listening to music more often. Music helps us release excess stress that sits within our bodies. The more stress we let go of in our lives, the better our brains will function. If we are too stressed, we can actually age faster leading to declining in our brain function abilities in the future. So start listening to more fun and positive tunes!
