Julianne Hough is a very talented person. First and foremost she is an incredible professional dancer, actress, singer, and has many more talents that fill up her plate. At this point in her life, she is dedicating everything to a workout experience called Kingry that she has created where you use breathwork and movement to achieve inner peace. Here are 8 reasons why you need to try Kingry. 

1. Transformation

Take a moment and think about where you are in life. Are you proud of who you are, or perhaps you would like to expand the essence of who you are to a new level? Life is full of “figuring” things out, but first and foremost understanding yourself is the core of what makes your world go round. Many people have dealt with trauma, frustration, anger, and the pain of the world they live in.

Julianne explains to us that although she may be in the public eye, she has dealt with her own fair share of struggles. She eventually realized that she wasn’t happy anymore even though she had accomplished so much in life and couldn’t understand why. She felt empty and lost in who she was. Julianne began to think of the reasons why she even started to dance in the first place.

What she found out was that her love for dance and enjoying every minute of it as a kid was why she loved it. As she got older, she was doing all that she could to gain the validation of others, but not herself. That is when Kingry was born. Dance became her transformation and she realized others could benefit from this as well. 

2. Anxiety and depression

In a world like ours, we deal with the regular anxieties of what is to come which leads many of us to even feeling depressed about the world we live in. With the Kinrgy workout, it releases everything inside of you. The workout uses breath work and free movements to express how you feel. It transforms you energetically leaving you only wanting more. If you suffer from anxiety or depression, a lot of the time all you want is to get out of the box that you feel you are sitting in. This workout lets you breathe because you are no longer trying to feel the perfection of the world that it pushes you to believe you need to be. 

3. Peace

When was the last time you sat with yourself in peace? That feeling of peace is something a lot of us are losing. Julianne has mentioned in an interview that she felt lost when she achieved everything she wanted. She didn’t know where her purpose was here on earth and it brought her to a standstill to find that. Just like everyone else, she wanted to feel that her meaning on earth was for a reason. She believes Kinrgy was her calling and encourages us to both try her workout to get a deeper sense of who you are and release the pain that sits inside. She also wants others to feel the same peace that she feels every time she does Kinrgy. Her advice to feel that passion she feels is to dive into an area that you passionate about and learn everything you can about it. Fall in love with it and run with it. Trust the processes.

5. You will begin to trust yourself more

I think we forget that we need to let go and trust ourselves more. As we grow into the adults we must become, we are told what we can and cannot do all of the time. Eventually, our sense of us becomes slowly diminished if we let it. It’s time to believe in ourselves more and become more confident in the directions we would like to take. The Kinrgy workout improves your sense of trust in you. It brings you into a deeper connection with yourself that only you can grow to have. The more you do these workouts by Kinrgy the better understanding you will have of yourself.

6. Childlike happiness

Children have such a beautiful way of thinking. When you see them, you see the happiness they have of the world. When you hear them, you hear the curiosity that sits within them. As we get older, we also forget to keep that child-like essence. We let it go because that is what the world tells us we must do. The most important aspect to take away from this is that expression is something that we all must do to feel fulfilled. It’s not so much about trying to be perfect while doing so but more about surrendering to all our bodies’ pains and releasing them so we are able to gain the abundance of life that it has to offer.
