5 Reasons I’m Excited For Fall At SFA

The spring semester at Stephen F. Austin State University is coming to an end, and many people are wondering why I am so excited for the fall semester to start. I have a ton of reasons, but to save you some time, here are my top 5 reasons I’m excited for fall at SFA.

1. GRADUATION TIME!!!

I am set to graduate in December. Very exiting!! (I already have ideas on how to decorate my grad cap.)

2. Homecoming!

Fall is the time of year for the SFA homecoming parade, events, and parties. Everyone enjoys this time of year.

3. Tailgating Season!

SFA tailgates are a great thing to experience. Some tailgaters are up by 6AM, preparing for the game. That’s true team spirit!

4. Halloween Parties!

Who doesn’t like to dress up as their favorite character? Or find the cutest bunny outfit, and flaunt around the party in it?

5. Christmas Tree Lighting!

Every fall, SFA has a Christmas tree lighting ceremony. We decorate the campus with Christmas lights and sing Christmas carols all around campus! It’s a holiday tradition that really gets you into the Christmas spirit!

These things are what I’m looking forward to the most at SFA. What are some things that you’re looking forward to this fall? Share in the comments!
