1. Overnight Oatmeal

This idea will take a little preparation the night before but will be worth it in the morning! Overnight oatmeal is excellent for a student running late.

To prepare this breakfast, all you will need is oatmeal, water/milk, sweetener/sugar/honey, etc., and fruit! Take a jar or bowl put in the oats, water, or milk, and what you would like to sweeten it with. After, you will want to cover the top with saran wrap and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add in the fruits you desire and head out. You can eat this meal cold or hot. If you prefer hot oatmeal, pop it in the microwave and then add the fruit after warmed up. 2. Fruit

Fruit doesn’t seem like a full breakfast. Oh, but let me change your mind! Most know that fruit is so easy to grab when leaving the house in a rush. However, we know that it doesn’t keep our stomach satisfied for long. Therefore, I will be mentioning how to prepare a quick meal using fruit to make a hearty breakfast.

You will need fruit and any addition of your choice like peanut butter, coconut butter, almond butter, etc. for this breakfast idea. Take a container and throw in any fruit you want, then take the addition of your pick and place that on top of your fruit! Yes, this will hold you over for your morning classes, and it is easy to put together on your way out!

8. Eggs

Eggs are most people’s go-to breakfast item. However, on busy and chaotic days, they seem too much to make. Eggs take too long to cook in the morning! Not these eggs! You can pop these eggs in the microwave for two minutes and be set to go!

When making eggs in the microwave, I suggest you use a mug. Crack your egg(s) in a cup and whisk. Once done, add in your preferred seasonings and vegetables, cheese, etc. Place in the microwave for 45 seconds, take out and mix. Place back in for another 45 seconds and stir. Finally put back in for another 30 seconds and then when finished enjoy! It is a great breakfast choice.

9. Rice Cakes

This next easy breakfast idea is not a fan favorite, but it is still a good option for those who do like rice cakes. Rice cakes can be prepared like bagels or toast. Most people prefer sweeter toppings on top of rice cakes, such as fruit and peanut butter, because they have found it to taste better. Again, rice cakes can come in many different flavors, so try out some to see which you like the best.

Take a few rice cakes, add your toppings, and spreads, and you are done! Easy, quick, and it takes such little thought!

Because rice cakes are typically light, please add items onto the cakes or to pair with the cakes. Also, eat more than one for a full breakfast.

10. Breakfast Shake

Breakfast shakes are a smart breakfast idea. But they can take up more time than the ideas that are listed above. Shakes are easier to grab on the go when they are made the night before. However, they are not as fresh as it would be if they are made that morning. If you are not a fan of making shakes, then go find some shakes that have great ingredients at your local grocery store.
