1. Banana Oat Cookies
Ingredients:
½ Cup Unsalted Butter
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Large Egg
½ Tsp. Baking Powder
2 Cups Rolled Oats
30ml Milk
2 Large Ripe Bananas – Mashed into a paste
1 Tbsp. Chopped Dried Cranberries
1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon Powder
Method:
- Combine Flour, Baking Powder and Cinnamon in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, cream sugar and butter until smooth. The Stir in the Egg, Milk and Mashed Bananas.
