Once La Croix became so popular that memes started, the carbonated water trend hit an all-time high. If you are making the switch from less soda and more water, bubbly water is definitely the answer. I’m a huge water drinker but it definitely can get boring and that is where carbonated water comes in. Plain or flavored, it’s fun to drink and just as hydrating. Just make sure if you are buying it pre-made it doesn’t have any sugars or fake flavors and it’s just as good as a regular glass! If you’re drinking a ton, check out a Soda Stream and make it at home!

These yummy drops add only flavor with no additives so you can be sure that you are only getting the benefits of drinking water without added calories. These are a great alternative to drinking coconut water, which although it is hydrating, does have calories and a lot of sugar. Grab these and drink up!

7. Electrolytes

Electrolytes are especially important if you are working out and don’t drink enough water regularly. While it is super important to be hydrated before the gym, don’t forget to keep hydrating while you workout and for recovery after. But don’t reach for sugary sports drinks, try water tablets that give you the electrolytes you need while adding some flavor to your water. Nuun Sport even gives you a caffeine boost that will make you look forward to drinking water while you work out.

8. Sweetleaf Drops

These are a personal favorite of mine for when I don’t want to drink water! I was introduced to these in college when I was basically only getting water from coffee and someone suggested that I try these to up my water consumption. Sweetleaf Drops come in a huge variety of flavors and they add enough flavor that it almost tastes like you’re drinking a fruit juice instead of a boring glass of water! The best part is, you can get packs with multiple flavors for cheap so you can switch up the flavor and keep drinking all day long!

9. Lemon/Lime

If you don’t have extra cash laying around to buy a new device to help you remember to drink water, keep it super simple and pick up some lemons or limes! Cut the fruit in half and squeeze the juice in the bottom of your bottle or glass then fill with water and drink! If the juice flavor is too much, add some thin slices to your water for a more subtle flavor that you can enjoy all day long!

10. Plant Nanny

Finally, if all these ways to dress up your water aren’t working, reach for your phone and download Plant Nanny! This app gives you a plant to keep alive by drinking water! Every time you finish a glass, you log it in the app and it gives you little plant some H2O too! The more you drink, the better your plant grows and eventually you get new plants to keep alive.
