1. Take a Walk

If you are staring at a blank computer screen and you feel like your eyes are bugging out of your sockets, then it is time to get up and take a walk. Taking a walk will help clear your thoughts and the fresh air will stimulate your senses, which will help your creative juices flow smoothly.

2. Try changing where you write

If you constantly write while you are at home in your office, then try writing at a local coffee shop while enjoying a latte. You could also change where you write in the house, which will give you a change of scenery and help your mind to be sharp.
