10 Places To Go With A Group Of Friends This Summer

I myself have been contemplating the possible places me and a group of friends could go to. I’ll try my best to lay this out for most age ranges since I know we’re not all 21. It’s a small issue I have since most of my friends aren’t so we kind of all have to go into places that work for both age ranges. So if you’re looking for some fun places to go this summer with a group of friends just keep reading.

1. Splash Down

Love I heading out to splash down at least once in the summertime. If you’re getting your tickets in advance with a group of friends it is cheaper and so worth it. The first time I went with a group of friends we planned to go the day before and bought our tickets the night before. We all got up at 8am and got dressed and packed up the car. It was probably one of the best days of my summer because I’ve never really been that spontaneous.

2. Six Flags

This is something else you need to plan out for a great experience. The more the marry for that group discount. It’s just annoying fitting so many in one car. If you don’t have a big car see if you can find one other person with one. Or you can always take a bus from Port Authority in the city and save on gas the tickets aren’t too bad and you don’t have to stress about the long drive home.

3. The Beach

Just go to any beach this summer. Grab a bunch of friends and force them outside. Pack a cooler with drinks and make sandwiches and go have a blast. Have someone bring a speaker and have a mini party. Plus the best thing about a beach party is there’s no limit to how many people you can fit. Just keep texting people or post it on Snapchat I’m sure people will pull up when they see how much fun you’re having.

4. Atlantic City

Sorry folks if you’re not 21 this is not gonna be your spot just yet. Now that I’m 21 I’m dying to go and play blackjack and win the jackpot lol jk. I wanna play it and winning would be fun too, but so it the nightlife. Imagine a group of you and your girlfriends in a nice hotel room with a casino and a club not too far from the hotel. It really is the party city. But it also can be a fun place to just enjoy the boardwalk and the beach as well as the carnival that takes place nearby, so if your not about the party life than this can be the perfect spot for you and you’re friends.

5. Long Beach Island

Not only is it such a pretty beach, but it’s a great hangout spot if your under 21. They have festivals take place over here and they even have a place called The Chegg that hosts a late night for teens and has some good food you can’t miss. If you kind of want the nightlife but are mad you’re not 21 yet there’s an under 21 club called the ketch as well where you can socialize and meet new people.

6. Jersey Shore

Sometimes you don’t wanna just throw a party on the beach, you wanna go to a beach that already has the party. I’m sure we’ve all seen the shows and the way they went out to all those night clubs around there and the bars on the beach. It’s definitely I’ve been wanting to go for a while. If you’re looking for a beach vacation not a super far from home then why not take one at Jersey Shore.

7. Carnival

I feel this is something I never seem to miss. They always happen I’m sure near your town or even in your town. I tend to go to a couple in the summer. They are fun just have some money to spend. When you go empty handed it can still be fun but you can’t do anything. You wanna be able to go on the rides or even eat the fried Oreos. So try and save your money so when you get asked to head to the carnival you not broke.

8. New York City

I have a whole article on places to visit this summer in the city so I’ll just link it at the bottom of this paragraph. But overall just go to the city and do whatever your heart desires with a group of friends there’s always something to do, festivals, etc. So stop missing out. 9. Mohegan Sun

This is a spot this is also a little more fun if your 21 and you go away with a group of friends. Because of the nightlife and casinos. It’s just might be a little more close if you live in Westchester like me. I have also seen many concerts that have taken place over here so why not see if your favorite band is playing and then it won’t matter if your 21 or not. You can still have a lit time and hopefully still be able to book a room if it’s 18 and under or bring at least one friend whose 21 so you can book the room under them to stay somewhere nicer.

10. The Puzzle Parlor

I know this is at the end but I had to save the best for last plus I remembered it last. If you haven’t ever tried “Escape the room” nows the time. The closest one to me is in white plains and it’s called puzzle parlor. This was also something I did unplanned we all kind of happened to be at the same place and at the same time and just bought our tickets. The more people you have the better. There were about 8 of us so the tickets were cheaper I recommend you all try it out at least once.
