Just like every year, this year’s Oscars had us dreaming for a night as we were swept away by beautiful looks and amazing movies. Now that we’re back to reality, we are ready to really focus on the Oscars’ fashion. For all those fashionistas out there, we picked out the absolute best red carpet looks of the 2019 Oscars. Enjoy!
Billy Porter is the star of the night at this year’s Oscars: he dazzles us with a custom Christian Siriano tuxedo dress featuring a beautiful wide skirt. Topped off with an oversized black bow tie, his outfit deserves a spot among the best red carpet looks.
Amandla Stenberg owns the red carpet in her Forevermark Diamonds jewelry. Her column dress embellished with metallic fabric gives off a refined 20s vibe, and we love it.
In her padded-shoulder Dior Haute Couture dress, Charlize Theron is absolutely stunning. The dress’ sinuous line and its pastel blue color blend in well giving the look a soft and elegant trait.
Emma Stone’s gown is dazzling – both literally and figuratively. Embellished with a myriad of sequins in a diamond pattern, her Louis Vuitton dress makes her shine on the red carpet.
Brie Larson is mesmerizing in her halterneck Celine dress by Hedi Slimane. Featuring a metallic mesh fabric and a deep side cut, her dress is both refined and sensuous.
Gemma Chan in Valentino Couture belongs to the best-dressed celebrities chart at the 2019 Oscars. The ruffled neck and the wide, long train are definitely our favorite details – and the dimmed hot pink color, too!
J-Lo is gorgeous in her futuristic dress by Tom Ford. Made of small and irregular mirror tiles, Jennifer Lopez’s column dress highlights her silhouette and gives her an extra touch of light.
Class and elegance are the perfect terms for Letitia Wright’s Dior Haute Couture dress. Its extremely simple line is contrasted by the leaves pattern in different shades of beige, and the result is amazing.
Givenchy Couture and Cartier jewelry are the two ingredients that make Rachel Weisz’s look recipe flawless. We particularly love the juxtaposition of two different fabrics on the upper and lower part of the dress – so chic!
At this year’s Oscars, Stephan James flaunts his custom Etro red velvet tuxedo accessorized with a Montblanc watch and cufflinks. Although a total velvet look can be risky, James is able to pull it off fabulously.
Our favorite pop star of the moment demonstrates once again to be a fashion icon, too. In her beautiful Alexander McQueen gown and Tiffany & Co. jewelry, she owns the red carpet.
Classy and traditional, Trevor Noah is among the best-dressed at the 2019 Oscars. His double-breasted tuxedo suit by Salvatore Ferragamo is a classic, yet incredibly chic outfit choice.
