7 Old TV Shows That Should Definitely Get Rebooted

There is no denying that reboots are the new trend for television. Look at "Fuller House," "Rosanne" and even "The Powerpuff Girls"! With even more on the way, let's take a look at some of my favorite old TV shows no longer on the air that definitely should come back.

There is no denying that reboots are the new trend for television. Look at “Fuller House,” “Rosanne” and even “The Powerpuff Girls”! With even more on the way, let’s take a look at some of my favorite old TV shows no longer on the air that definitely should come back.

7. Daria

This MTV show was timeless. We all remember Daria’s pessimistic, sarcastic attitude and how she dealt with the world around her. It was the perfect comedy with different coming-of-age plots. The series ended in 2002 and almost 20 years later, we would SO be down to see what Daria and Jane have to say about everything in 2018, from social media to the White House.

6. Even Stevens

Look, this was one of the best shows on Disney Channel. It followed the crazy lives of the Stevens family, and while it certainly is one of Disney’s most iconic shows, it only lasted for three seasons, running only from 2000-2003! That kind of longevity proves the show deserves a reboot or at least a reunion special. Even the show’s star Christy Carlson Romano said she’d be down for one.

5. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

We all remember the show’s iconic opening theme song. One of the most memorable shows from the 90’s, it would be criminal to not include it on the list. While it did end with a tear-jerking finale that wrapped everything up nicely, it would be awesome to see Will Smith and the Banks family together again one more time.

4. Desperate Housewives

Look, this show isn’t really “old,” but it has been off-air for almost a decade now. We would love nothing more than to see Bree, Gaby, Susan and Lynette reunited again, even if it was just for a few episodes. Even the show’s stars Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher have talked about the possibilities of a reunion!

3. Freaks and Geeks

Whether you’ve watched the show or not, everybody has heard of it. The NBC show aired back in 1999, only for one season before being canceled. The show, which followed a group of outcasts navigating their way through high school and growing up, was given up on way too early. And it even gave us young James Franco and Seth Rogen! Old TV shows were so much better.

The best Netflix documentaries are great. Netflix is probably the greatest invention since sliced bread. For the average college student, it provides the perfect excuse to push aside your papers and relax. Here are the 10 best Netflix documentaries to watch.

2. Kim Possible

This is without a doubt Disney Channel’s best animated show. While it was recently announced that the show would be getting a live-action film, it just isn’t the same without the animation (and theme song!) we all know and love. We could see what Kim, Ron and Rufus have been up to since their graduation in that finale episode!

1. Friends

Did anyone expect this to not make the list? Quite possibly the most iconic comedy show of all time, Friends had a good, 10-season run before they finally called it quits. However, since everything IS being rebooted, the cast has been asked numerous times about a reunion. Unfortunately, it isn’t looking too good. But we can still dream, can’t we?
