Our eyes fill up with tears as we realize that this year’s NYFW is almost over. Yet, this early nostalgic sadness is easily replaced by the obsessive love we’re feeling towards all the FW19 collections we saw. As a gift to your eyes – and as a self-gift to ours, too – we selected the designers and collection that really rocked this NYFW. Take a look at our NYFW recap – and try not to drool on your phone!

Alice + Olivia

Stacey Bendet went on a magical ride for her F/W 2019 presentation of Alice + Olivia. Together with the spectacular flower-print frenzy, an incredible amount of shiny sequins and soft velvet dominated the scene. It wasn’t long before we felt like we were starring in the movie “Alice In Wonderland”.

Tom Ford

It’s Tom Ford’s, and it couldn’t be anybody else’s. A metallic, magnetic masterpiece that, contrarily to common sense, softly adjusts to the body and wraps it gracefully.

Brandon Maxwell

Brandon Maxwell’s presentation made our hearts throb at each outfit, but the silky green halterneck dress is what really had us fall in love.

Christian Siriano

The location surely did it – hello, Empire State Building! -, but the real protagonist of Christian Siriano’s show was the extra ruffled tulle gown. And a bold nuance of purple was the perfect color choice. Bravo!

Longchamp

With a boho-retro look dipped in blue and shades of brown, Longchamp soon entered our chart – and our hearts, too. Printed geometries, vinyl accessories and crochet details: yes, please!

Brock Collection

Chanel-style suits in pastel colors, what else? Brock Collection brought us back to the 50s and we don’t intend to leave.

The Row

Fine lines and sharp cuts: The Row’s fashion show was almost like a “zen” experience in its minimalistic and refined traits. How could we not include it in our NYFW recap?

Oscar De La Renta

A heavenly feathered appearance struck us at Oscar De La Renta’s FW19 fashion show. But besides this masterpiece, were we surprised by the breathtaking, mindblowing beautifulness of the collection? Of course not: Oscar De La Renta could never disappoint us.
