21 No Bake Treats To Sweeten Your 4th of July

No bake treats are fun and easy for holidays like the fourth of July. You don’t need to spend a fortune on the ingredients, and you don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen. Enjoy the hot sun and summer weather with these 21 no bake treats!

1. Energy Balls

My mom makes energy balls and they are a great source of protein, think of them as a healthy cookie. You will need peanut butter/ sun butter/ almond butter, chocolate chips, chia seeds, a cup of oats, and protein powder. These can be served at room temperature or frozen! An optional step is to coconut flakes or m and ms. Ready in 5 minutes or less!

2. Strawberry Shortcake

Who doesn’t love strawberry shortcake? This no bake treat is almost a summer requirement. You can get all of the ingredients at your local grocery store, and this treat is made in under 5 minutes. Get the cake or biscuit, whipped cream, and strawberries of course!

3. Smores

This treat is a classic for the fourth of July! All you need is marshmallows, graham crackers, and Hershey’s brand chocolate. Ready in 1 minute or less! Is it really summer if you don’t make smores?

4. Fruit Popsicles

I love this no bake treat idea. Super easy and fun to make, you are going to need a popsicle container, juice of your choice, and fruit. The container will make the popsicle shape for you, and you can stick small pieces of fruit in the area you want to freeze. Allow overnight to completely freeze, and they are ready for you the next day!

5. Fruit Parfait

What better time to make a red, white, and blue treat? For this recipe, you will need vanilla or plain greek yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, and granola. Ready in minutes, and surely aligned with the theme of this holiday!

6. Fruit Salad On A Stick

Sticking with the red white and blue theme here, you are going to need strawberries, watermelon, and blueberries. You can layer the fruit on a kabob stick for a pretty aesthetic look, or mix them in a bowl. Either way, fruit is essential at any summer party! Both healthy and delicious!

7. Jello

Did you forget about jello? Jello makes for a great no bake treat at any party, and this treat really does the work for you. Easy instructions to follow, grab a packet of red jello and blue, and your work is done!

8. Smoothies

Cool off this fourth of July with a classic fruit smoothie! You could make a blueberry- banana smoothie and a strawberry banana smoothie, layer them next to each other for an aesthetic look.

Banana splits are my all-time favorite! Easy to make, these deserts are time-sensitive – eat them before they melt! Who doesn’t love a classic banana split?

When it comes to holidays, everyone has different tastes and dietary restrictions. Buying cupcakes at the store may seem boring, but it is a great way to keep up the red white and blue theme!

12. Pretzels Dipped In White Chocolate

Who doesn’t like chocolate covered pretzels? This treat is perfect for the fourth of July and is ready to enjoy in 15 minutes or less.

13. Rice Krispy Treat

These marshmallow based pastries are to die for! Easy to make and with just a few ingredients,s you can customize the treats to tailor them to the red, white and blue theme.

14. Cake Bites

This no bake treat is almost identical to cake-pops seen at Starbucks. Made with cake batter, sprinkles, and of course sugar, all you’ll need is to pop these in the freezers for 10 minutes and your treat is done!

You can make these two ways, the adult way, or the virgin way. Either way, you can’t go wrong with this recipe! Cool down with a pina colada this fourth of July.

Let’s get plenty of fruit this fourth of July, with acai bowls! Definetly no baking is involved, just a few of your favorite fruits. Start the same way you would if you were going to make a smoothie. With the blended fruits and desired dairy, pour into a bowl. Add the fruit and toppings that you want!

21. Frozen Fruit

Frozen fruit is the best cool-down treat for the summer months. You have fuel and a cold treat. Enjoy with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or frozen banana!
