The recently opened French restaurant by Lincoln Carson is located in the Arts District of Los Angeles. Bon Temps was named one of the most highly anticipated openings for new restaurants in Los Angeles by Food & Wine Magazine. Like most restaurants in the Arts District, Bon Temps is in a large space that contains a lot of industrial touches. Carson’s twist on Bon Temps is redefining a present day French brasserie. Chef Chad Colby’s Italian restaurant only opened for business this past June and has had nothing but positive reviews. The restaurant is located on the border between Larchmont and Koreatown. Antico’s menu serves rustic Italian cuisine and one can find plenty of fresh pasta and excellently-grilled meats served from the restaurant’s open kitchen space. The ice cream on their dessert menu is creamy, rich, and delicious. Antico was also named one of the most highly anticipated openings for new restaurants in Los Angeles. Originally set up as a food stand, Tacos 1986 took a brief hiatus before returning to the restaurant industry, this time in a standing-only restaurant space in Downtown Los Angeles. The new restaurant space for the business only opened its doors last month. Expect Tijuana-style tacos made with fresh tortillas that are served at a reasonable price.
