Growing up in a small town has its perks and its drawbacks, but if one thing’s for sure, you will always remember them. You always know when the start of fall is here because the Burrville Cider Mill opens and your weekly visits to get cider and donuts begin and your family takes their yearly photo in front of the cider mill waterfall.
Your family spent every weekend at the drive ins in Alex-Bay or Black River seeing a movie. Or two because it was cheaper than the theaters. It was so much fun to lay in the back of cars and watch a movie on the big screen… Even when we would fall asleep half way through.
