8 Martha Stewart Fall Recipes You’ll Be Addicted To

It’s Fall Season!

Heres to a new start with classes, the preparing of the New Year, but most importantly, new recipes and desserts!

Martha Stewart is known for many things but among one of them is her gift in the kitchen. In this article, I’m going to share with you 8 Martha Stewart Fall Recipes You’ll Be Addicted To!

Everyday Vegetable Soup

This recipe is perfect for those chilly and snowy days or perhaps one of your “sick” days. It uses a healthy combination of vegetables that you can easily customize for a variety of different flavors.

It takes a little over an hour to make, so I would recommend making this perhaps sometime towards the weekend or whenever you have a bit more time to spare. It also contains 8 servings, making it a perfect dish for the whole family!

Ingredients for this recipe include olive oil, celery, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, a can of diced tomatoes, onions, chicken or vegetable broth, and tomato paste.

Apple Cider Doughnut Cake

This cake is perfect for the fall season, as the apple cider and spices provide a blast of flavor and goodness, that will only keep you coming back for more!

The ingredients are fairly simple and relatable: Unsalted butter, whole wheat flour, ground cinnamon, kosher salt, apple cider, unsweetened apple sauce, eggs, unbleached all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, natural cane sugar, extra-virgin olive oil, and pure vanilla extract.

It takes a little over 2 hours to make this cake, so clear your Saturday morning!

Baked Eggplant Parmesan

This healthy dish is perfect for dinner time! This Italian comfort food eliminates any frying and makes the cleanup process nice and easy!

This dish is nice and hearty and will fill up your stomach almost as much as your (food) soul!

Ingredients include extra-virgin olive oil, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt and pepper, grated Parmesan, basil, eggplants, tomato sauce, shredded, and mozzarella.

This takes a little over an hour to make!

Brussel Sprout Salad with Avocado and Pumpkin Seeds

The first thing that I would like to say is that I love the fact that it requires NO COOKING! On top of that, making this delicious dish doesn’t require much fuss!

I recommend this salad for lunch. The healthy avocado and brussel sprouts will likely prevent that groggy and sleepy feeling that many people get once that come back from their lunch break.

Ingredients include 1 lemon and 1 avocado, extra virgin olive oil, brussel sprouts, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, and pumpkin seeds.

Pecan Pull-Apart Rolls

I know by now that you’ve figured out that I’m a sucker for sweets! Well, I’m sure I’m not the only one, so why not! This recipe is by far the sweetest and yummiest treat to make out of this list.

Ingredients include butter, milk, sugar, bread flour, russet potatoes, active dry yeast, an egg, salt, brown sugar, dried currants (or chopped raisins), apple butter, cinnamon, and toasted pecans.

Sweet and Sour Brisket

This dish could be a new and exciting dish to bring on Thanksgiving, as it is seasoned and prepared to be roast all in a total for four hours.

You won’t have to spend too much time preparing the meat, as this only takes about 35 minutes, the majority of the time you are just waiting for your meat to cook.

Ingredients include beef brisket, safflower oil, chicken broth, brown sugar, carrots, salt and pepper, onions, chili sauce, white vinegar, potatoes.

Rutabaga-Sweet Potato W/ Garlic and Sage

This could be another dish in addition to our yummy Sweet and Sour Brisket on Thanksgiving Day. It’s made with sweet potato and mixed with garlic and sage for our flavor, as well as a large serving of cream for that wonderfully creamy texture.

Ingredients include rutabaga, salt and pepper, minced garlic, heavy cream, sweet potatoes, butter, and sage leaves.

Cranberry Manhattan

Of course, I’ll save the best for last! Drinks! Well, one drink in particular, which is our wonderfully delicious Cranberry Manhattan!

I recommend drinking this-for ANY occasion, serve at a holiday or office party, when friends are over, or better yet, have a drink just because the holidays can be really stressful.

This recipe is super quick and only has 5 ingredients! They include ice, Classic Cranberry Sauce, Angostura bitters, rye whiskey, and sweet vermouth.
