Ingredients (for a pitcher):

  • 3 cups silver tequila
  • 2 cups orange liqueur
  • 1 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • agave nectar or simple syrup -to taste (optional)
  • Lime wedge and salt for rim of glass (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Run lime around rim of glass. Dip glass into a shallow bowl of salt
  2. Add tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice into cocktail shaker. Shake until combined.
  3. Fill glass with ice and pour mixture into glass. Serve immediately.

Instructions:

  1. Mix 7 ounces sugar with 7 ounces water for simple syrup.Microwave until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour all ingredients into a large pitcher, mix thoroughly and chill.
  3. Pour simple syrup into shallow dish, pout salt into another shallow dish. Dip rims of glasses into syrup then salt.
