1. Full Face Using Only Kids Makeup

As early as the 1990s, little girls everywhere have at least put on child-friendly makeup at least once. Giving such a throwback, NikkieTutorials decided in 2016 to create a simple yet flattering look using items such as eyeshadow and blush makeup made for children. This has inspired other YouTube users to try the challenge as well, and perhaps revisit stores which sold child’s makeup. It was certainly a surprise to find out stores such as Claire’s would sell these items today.

Of course, you would not expect neutral and darker toned eyeshadow but rather light or neon shades to present the fun and lighter side of makeup. Check out that video and related clips by other beauty influencers.

2. Full Face Using Only Highlighters

Inspired by a makeup artist Mariya, beauty influencer and business mogul Jeffree Star decided to recreate a look using only highlighter makeup. Following the basic steps putting on makeup such as using foundation and powder, Jeffree tops off skin with glitter and highlighter powder. Highlighter powder is known to accentuate the skin, giving it a shimmer and glow. Normally used on the cheekbones, nose bridge, and chin, it was a fun idea to try highlighter all over the face.

Because certain makeup products can open up pores and introduce acne, it is advisable to take care of the skin before applying such makeup. Nevertheless, this look has challenge takers shining bright.
